Aaron (Til Schindler) had a traumatic childhood. He was constantly beaten by his mother, Susanne (Heike Hanold-Lynch), who repeatedly abused him both physically and psychologically. At the age of seven, he was sexually abused by a stranger. As a result, he began having sex with other children his own age. Today, as a young adult, he is still traumatized and deeply ashamed. When he visits his mother again after four years of silence, he is ready to break his silence. He accuses her of not only failing to protect him as a child, but also of torturing him herself. To his surprise, she goes on the offensive and accuses him of ruining her life. But despite their opposing viewpoints and the harsh accusations against each other, the two search for ways to reconcile.
