Babylon Kreuzberg is a cherished art house cinema situated in the vibrant heart of Berlin's Kreuzberg district, near Kottbusser Tor. Established in 1955 as the Helo Filmbühne, it has undergone several transformations, including a period in the 1970s when it operated as Kent Kino, showcasing Turkish films. In 1986, it became part of the Yorck Kinogruppe and adopted its current name, Babylon Kreuzberg.

The cinema features two auditoriums: Hall A with 192 seats and Hall B with 72 seats. Both halls are equipped with modern projection technology, including 4K laser projection in Hall A. Babylon Kreuzberg is renowned for screening films in their original versions, often with German subtitles, and for hosting a variety of special events such as retrospectives, documentaries, and unique film festivals.
