Nestled in Berlin's Charlottenburg district, just steps from Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten, Delphi Lux is a cinematic gem that redefines the movie-going experience. Opened in 2017, this art house cinema is part of the renowned Yorck Kinogruppe and boasts seven uniquely designed auditoriums, each offering a distinct visual and auditory ambiance.
Architects Batek Architekten and Ester Bruzkus Architekten envisioned each screening room as an individual art installation. From a deep "theatre red" auditorium to a pitch-black hall illuminated by dynamic LED strips, the design challenges traditional cinema aesthetics, creating immersive environments that enhance the storytelling on screen.
